Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all purchases made via our website by private individuals.

1. Parties

The agreement is between the customer (a private individual) and the seller:
Lunariah Ewa Maria Zygadlo (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe using a valid credit/debit card. Vipps may be added as an option in the future. All prices are in NOK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery

Your booking confirmation and receipt will be sent via email immediately after payment. This confirmation serves as your ticket to attend the class.

4. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy

Single, drop-in yoga classes and aerial yoga courses are considered time-bound services. You may reschedule your drop-in class up to 24 hours before the start time by emailing contact@aerialyogaoslo.no. After this deadline, cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

The aerial yoga courses are non-refundable.

5. Refund and Rescheduling

We do not offer refunds for attended or missed classes. Rescheduling is possible only for drop-in, single aerial yoga classes, and it’s free of charge until 24 hours before the class. To reschedule, please contact us via email.

The aerial yoga courses cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

6. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us at contact@aerialyogaoslo.no so we can find a suitable solution.

7. Dispute Resolution

If we are unable to resolve a dispute, Norwegian law applies, and conflicts can be brought to the Consumer Council of Norway (Forbrukerrådet) or the Norwegian courts.

Course and Ticket Terms

Each yoga class is purchased individually.
Your purchase is binding. Rescheduling is only possible up to 24 hours before class.
Classes cannot be transferred to another person without written approval.
