Yes! These classes are beginner-friendly. You’ll be guided step by step and the hammock will support you throughout.
“How can I prepare for class?”
Wear fitted clothing (no zippers and covering arms and legs), take off your jewelry, bring a water bottle, and come with curiosity! All other equipment is provided.
“Is aerial yoga safe?”
Absolutely. The hammocks are professionally installed, and every class is taught with care and attention to your comfort.

Hi! I’m Ewa Maria, founder of Aerial Yoga Oslo.
I’m a certified aerial, vinyasa, and hatha yoga teacher, passionate about helping people feel good in their bodies.
I live close to nature, work as a gardener, follow a plant-based lifestyle, and believe in movement as medicine. These classes were born out of love for balance, creativity, and gentle strength.
